A citrus flavour powder you mix with water. It contains essential electrolytes to support hydration, and vitamin C. Vitamin C contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
One formula. Tear a 6 g pouch, or scoop from the tub. Same powder either way. 15 pouches in a pack (90 g). The tub is 180 g — 30 servings of 6 g.
Mix one serve with water and drink. Suitable for vegans.
